    These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Québec, Canada. The parties expressly agree that neither the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, nor the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act shall apply to these terms and conditions of use. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and GIRO.   

    GIRO may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page and users are responsible for reviewing the page from time to time to ensure compliance.

    In general, we collect personal information from you when you voluntarily provide it by (1) contacting us to obtain information relating to our products or services and (2) signing up for Users Group Conferences.
